This page will take you to the FairCare Labs LIS (Laboratory Information System) patient portal, where you can sign in and download your pathology reports yourself, any time, on any device.
Our LIS configuration is still under process, so the portal is not live yet. Until it opens, call or email the lab and our team will send your signed report to you directly - usually within a few minutes during working hours.
What the portal will do once it is live

Sign in to the portal
Use the mobile number you booked with. A one-time password confirms it is you before any report is shown.

Pick your report
Every completed test is listed by date, with the reporting pathologist named against each one.

Download the signed PDF
Reports come out as a signed PDF you can keep, print or forward straight to your doctor.
Your reports stay confidential either way
Reports are released only to the patient or a person the patient has authorised. We verify identity before sending anything, on the phone today and through the portal tomorrow.
